I have 3 birds, 7 spiny leaf insects (plus quite a few eggs), 2 pray mantids & 2 leaf insects :)
My white faced cockatiel, Cheeky :) I've had him for over a year and a half now, such a cutie patootie, and as his name implies: very cheeky.
He's a tad weird too, and likes to sing to paper, tissues and toes..... He also likes to head bop and do some biddy beat boxing :P My Partner and I's scaly breasted lorikeet, Yoshi, we've had him for over a year. He's a hoot, such a crazy little green monster :) He can talk and learns more every day, and most of the time he's either being incredibly adorable or incredibly crazy. My Charlie boy, a galah :) We've had him for a few years now. He was in pretty bad condition when we got him and we're still working on getting him healthier. Although he lives with my Mum, who also has a sulphur crested cockatoo and a love bird, and (my) shih tzu cross maltese dog :P My Spiny Leaf Insects, which I have a few of, and quite a few eggs I purchased from a fellow insect keeper. In the future when I have a bigger house I plan on getting some different species of stick insects. Introducing Magnus! My Giant Rainforest Mantis (Hierodula Majuscula) :) It probably seems strange to some, but I love him so much! He's so cute! He's already moulted a few times since I got him and he's getting so big so fast! My two female phylum monteithi (Australian leaf insects), Astrid (the larger one) and Sage :) Now I just need to get two males for them. My Monster mantis (Archimantis monstrosa), Conrad. I got him when I got my first leaf insect :) He's quite shy but he's such a cutie. I'm so excited and proud to say that I now have my Charlie boy tattooed to me forever! I absolutely love it! |
